Repeat prescriptions have a turnaround of two working days (those requested on a Friday are available the following Tuesday). Therefore if you order a repeat prescription in the morning it will be ready for collection after 1.30pm two working days later. Repeat prescription requests given in the afternoon will normally be ready for collection after 5.00 p.m. two working days later.

Please use your computer repeat prescription slip that has your medication listed on it. Please indicate the medication you require by a tick only then send your slip addressed to your GP (see our ‘Contact Us’ page for details). Please allow plenty of time before you run out of your medication. If you wish us to send the prescription back to you must enclose a stamped self-addressed envelope.

Registered patients may order repeat prescriptions online at any time via our Patient Access system [previously EMIS Access]. To use this service, you must register in person in the practice to obtain our Access Registration Letter or if you wish to prepare the registration form in advance click here to print form complete and bring into surgery. This will be prepared for collection within two working days of your request and will allow you to use our confidential repeat prescription request system. Important to note: Online access will be unavailable between (approx.) 10.30pm—2.30am whilst the practice performs a back up of the computer system.

Please note any patient under 16 years of age currently registered to use Patient Access upon reaching 16 years of age will have their Pin number cancelled and they will need to re-apply for Patient Access, this is to protect patient confidentiality. 14 -16 year olds can also request this level of confidentiality.
